• Taking care of Complete IT & Non-IT (technical Profile & non-technical profile) Recruitment . PHP Developer, UI/UX Designer, IT Infrastructure, Digital Marketing, Content writer, Technical content writer, Lead generation executive, Lead generation manager, SEO strategist, SEO executive, Business development executive, Business development manager, Manual testing.

• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.

• Taking Telephonic and face to face interviews, salary negotiation of the shortlisted candidate.

• Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.

• Advertise job openings on Job portals and social platforms. (, , Instahyre, LinkedIn, Times Jobs, shine and such other portals)

• Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

• Verification of shortlisted candidates, document formalities.

• Maintain the database of candidates turned up for interview.

• Assist seniors in fun activities and other operations
