Skills and Qualifications
• Must have IT recruitment work experience, with a minimum of 2 years’ Experience
• Preferred to have experience in Europe & UK staffing and the recruiting life cycle.
• Ability to assess a candidate’s technical skills through profile review and in-depth interviews
• Need to have good communication skills, teamwork, and client service skills
• Ability to source your own candidates, deliver regular updates and feedback clearly with the client and Account managers
• Knowledge in the UK and European compliance and immigration laws would be an additional asset
• Familiarity with social media, . databases, and professional networks
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
• A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
