We are the Space consultant, Specialized in Recruitment from last 18 yrs. We are having clients from different areas like IT, Hospital, Patient, and other various areas.

Total exp:- 0 to 5yrs

CTC:- Upto 40k

Location:- Alpha Plaza Alpha 1, Greater Noida

Notice period:- Immediate Joiner Prefer (30days will be negotiate)

Job Requirements:-

idate should match following parameters/Conditions

idate must be from Greater Noida. Candidate must be living within 10 Km of Office.

idates having experience in recruitment with some recruitment consultant.

have own laptop and smart phone

Job Responsibilities:-

End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping and on boarding candidates.

Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting and internal Database

Effectively using personal network, built up database, digital platforms and referrals for reaching

passive prospective candidates

Conducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews and short listing candidates

Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates

Continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely

Effectively built relationship with Employees.

Must be enthusiastic and initiator
