Office Timings : Monday to Saturday 9:30AM to 6:30PM

Work Details & Responsibilities :

End to end recruitment: Sourcing , Staffing , scoping and on boarding candidates.

Sourcing of candidates via internet postings , networking , headhunting and internal Database

Effectively using personal network , built up database , digital platforms and referrals for reaching passive prospective candidates

Conducting preliminary Interviews , telephonic Interviews and short listing candidates

Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates

Continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely

Effective built relationship with employees.

Must be enthusiastic and initiator

ESSENTIAL CONDITIONS :

Candidates must be from Greater Noida.

Fresher or candidates having experience in recruitment

Good knowledge of internet.

Decent communication skill

Must have own laptop

Students who are currently doing MBA from some Greater Noida institutes can join part time (3PM-8PM)
