Position Requirements:
Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience: years – 5 years
Salary : Open to Discuss
Responsibilities:
· Sourcing & Screening the Profiles to Handle End-to-End Recruitment cycle
· Distributing requirement into the team and fulfilling it to achieve the desired target
· Develop sourcing strategies and Strategize recruitment plans.
· Sourcing through various job portals, referrals, head hunting, competitor mapping, existing database etc
· Determines applicant’s qualification by interviewing applicants.
· Analyzing responses; verifying references as per requirement.
· Map the market for availability of resources.
· Shall be responsible for revenue generation and closure of vacancies.
· Volume hiring and Drafting job posting on the portals
· Interviewing applicants and matching their skills with the job requirements.
· Negotiating Notice Period and Compensation and emphasizing benefits and perks.
· Responsible for candidates joining.

· Self disciplined and have a positive attitude.
· The Candidate should be Proficient in MS-office and Mailing Etiquettes
· The Candidate should have People management, leadership skills.
· Good presentation, Communication and Strong interpersonal & negotiating skills.
· Sound recruiting skills, knowledge of various recruiting methods and channels
