Job Summary:
Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for brining and managing required talents in the company. He/she will be identifying the needs of human resources/talents and conducting recruitment process, starting from searching to joining formalities, to bring them in the company. He/she will also be managing paperwork and admin activities for the same.
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
• Master degree, preferably MBA in HR with min 2 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment and related admin work
• Ability to plan, manage and hunt talent pool required by the company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Hindi language
• Must be competent with the Internet and all Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills, effective time-management skills with focus on details, accuracy, meeting deadlines, working efficiently under pressure
• Good at relationship management with employees, employer branding, strategic partners and other stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in the organization and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters
• Efficient in managing all routine administration and operational work
• Stay up-to-date with current and upcoming industry trends
Job Responsibilities:
• Executing the talent acquisition strategy of the company
• Preparing Job descriptions of the required positions
• Sourcing candidates through Job portals, Social Media, Advertisement and other sources
• Executing hiring process, including short listing, conducting tests, arranging interviews, salary negotiation and reference check
• Looking after Joining and Exit Formalities of employees
• Implementing HR policies and guidelines in an effective manner
• Guiding the new employees with companies HR policies, culture and work etiquette
• Maintaining records of attendance and leave of employee
