Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Recruiter at MFBS in Chandigarh. The Recruiter will be responsible

for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting candidates for various positions within the organization. Dayto-day tasks will include screening resumes, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring

managers to identify staffing needs. The Recruiter will also be involved in coordinating recruitment

events and managing the candidate experience.

Qualifications

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills

Hands on experience on Job Board

Preparation of JD as per the requirement

Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates

Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in recruitment software and tools

Experience in the healthcare or mental health industry is a plus

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
