Job Role : Talent Acquisition

2 years of exposure to Staffing Industry Sales/BD.

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, Networking and social media.

Knowledge and keenness to work on Outbound marketing tools like HubSpot etc.

Extensive Social Media presence enabling the brand presence.

Establish, develop and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customer in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization.

Represent Talent Socio in seminars/Events to build/create networks.

Preparing business proposals & PPT presentations.

Initiate and develop relationships with clients and Understand their recruitment needs.

Setting up meetings with the Potential clients and meeting them

Onboard new clients and maintaining connect for initial 3 months to ensure pull.
