We are looking for a Analyst (Tableau and Python) for one of our MNC client, this would be a Contractual position (on payroll of an agency)

Duties & Responsibilities:
Understand stakeholders needs and situations and adapt to case expectations. Show ability to resolve complex issues across work streams.
Communicate data, knowledge, and clearly explain insights and implications for the client to the entire team.
Generate and screen realistic answers based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutions.
Develop automations and build innovative solutions to reduce turnaround times for delivery of instruments
Provide technical expertise in Python and Tableau related pieces to the team members where required
Build and enforce best practices and process improvements to ensure quality of deliverables
Good hands-on exposure to Python and Tableau is a must
End to end ownership of NPS Prism survey instruments throughout the value chain
Qualifications and Work Experience:
3 years of experience in areas related to machine learning, data analytics or predictive modeling.
Hands-on experience in predictive modeling, text analytics, data analysis and visualizations.
In-depth experience with customer insights /primary market research and analytics at a consulting firm, market research agency or data provider
Education Required:
MBA or statistical / analytical course from a tier 1 university
Preferred: Concentration in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Econometrics, Business Analytics, or Market Research is strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Experience in handling datasets related to Telco or Retail domain with knowledge across customer lifecycle is good to have
Proficiency in Python and Tableau is mandatory
Experience in customer loyalty data analytics
