Required Skills:
Comprehensive knowledge of RHEL system administration, including installation, configuration, and management of Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers.
Deep understanding of Red Hat Satellite Administration, including the configuration and management of patch management, software repositories, and provisioning.
Strong technical skills in Ansible Administration, including deployment, automation of tasks, writing playbooks, and managing inventories.
Exceptional troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
Strong knowledge of security compliance, and implementing best practices to protect against security threats and vulnerabilities.
Closely work with business teams to understand the requirements and provide support as needed and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Awareness of ITIL concept Good Communication learning and documentation skills.
Good understanding of ServiceNow ticketing tool.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Flexible to work evening/night hours and weekends long term if required.
Experience with virtualized environments (VMWare) is preferred.
RHCSA and/or RHCSE are preferred.
