The primary role of IT System & Network Administrator is to oversee and maintain all aspects of a company's computer infrastructure. This includes maintaining networks, servers and security programs and systems. IT Administrators manage the upgrade and installation of new hardware and software, perform troubleshooting to address any problems with computer systems, and assess viruses and potential threats to a company's network.

System Administrator Duties and Responsibilities also includes,

• Maintain Computer Systems

• Complete System Installs and Upgrades

• Manage Network Security

• Oversee Data Storage and Retrieval Systems

• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of operating systems

• (Win XP/Vista/win7/Win8/ Win10/Win server 2003/2008/2012/2019/Linux).

• Creating & Managing the User’s Account.

• Assembling & dissembling of computers.

• Installing, maintaining different hardware devices.

• Installing, maintaining, & troubleshooting of LAN using switch.

• Configuring internet connection.

• Installing, Managing & troubleshooting local Printer & network printer.

• Desktop Support, Application Support, Server administration, Network administration, Systems administration & support, Troubleshooting, repair & maintenance of all IT equipment including Printer, UPS etc.

As Software Engineer:

• Develop and implement new software programs

• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software; Design and update software database

• Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization

• Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary, Provide support to users etc
