Install, configure, and maintain company servers, workstations, and other IT infrastructure.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime for all critical systems.
Provide technical support for employees, including resolving hardware, software, and network
related issues.
Assist in maintaining and managing databases, backups, and other essential IT systems.
Ensure data security and implement appropriate security measures to protect company data.
Collaborate with the IT team to perform routine system maintenance and updates.
Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment, including computers, printers, and
other devices.
Document and maintain an inventory of all IT equipment and software.
Monitor network security and assist with vulnerability assessments.
Work with senior IT professionals to learn best practices and develop your technical skills.
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (fresh graduates
are encouraged to apply).
Strong understanding of basic networking concepts and system administration.
Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other IT management tools.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
