Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in desktops, laptops, and networking devices.
Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs as needed.
Provide on-site support for clients when required.
Assist in network troubleshooting, including routers, switches, and connectivity issues.
Perform preventive maintenance on IT equipment.
Document service reports and maintain records of issues and solutions.
Work closely with the IT team to escalate unresolved issues.
Ensure timely resolution of client support requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Knowledge of OS installation and configuration (Windows, Linux, etc.).
Experience with remote troubleshooting tools.
Strong hardware troubleshooting skills (Desktops, Laptops, etc.).
Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
Good communication and customer service skills.
