Design Engineer - Hydraulic System

• Minimum Qualification : BE Mechanical/Agriculture/Production.

• Software Knowledge : Knowledge of working with ENOVIA/ PDM tool. Expert in 3DX(V6) and Tubing tool (preferred).

• Minimum experience : 3 to 6 years’ for Hydraulic design projects for agricultural/construction & handling equipment.

• Knowledge in working of off-highway equipment (Esp. combine harvesters, foragers, tractors, etc)

• Very Good understanding of hydraulic system with Good knowledge for Tubing design like:

o New pipe/hoses route creation from 2D diagrams and environmental data (or reverse engg. from physical sample)

o Pipe 3D part generation from route according to guidelines, from line ID data (including pipes fittings addition)

o Pipe 2D drawings generation (linked with 3D)

o Migration to TUB of 3D pipes built through part design and optimization

 Handle complex 3-D modelling, involving large Hyd. routing assemblies.

 Design of hydraulic system and be able to utilize hydraulic engineering principles to design components.

 Expert knowledge of hydraulic symbols and circuit diagrams

 Read hydraulic schematics and identify the work, return and pilot lines.

 Assembly drawing: Hydraulic assembly drawings

 Knowledge of global methodologies and application for hydraulics.
