JOB Description:

Responsible for installation, configuration and maintenance of servers, networks, printers, computers, system software, and applications.

Responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues.

Responsible for monitoring performance and utilization of the resources and do regular maintenance according to requirement

Responsible for ensuring the network and environment is secured with necessary controls and onsible for implementing and constantly improving IT policies and keep policy documents up-to-date.

Responsible for communicating and training employees on new technologies or IT policies implemented and ensure it is strictly followed.

Responsible for maintaining inventory of all IT assets.

Responsible for allocation of IT assets to new employees and collect back and provide clearance when employee leaves the organization.

Responsible for proactive monitoring and identify risks and communicate to respective clients IT
