Scope of Work:

Windows operating system/Linux Operating System/Mac Operating System

Knowledge on Hardware & Networking

MS Office Installation & Configuration

Set up back-up or recovery drive

Demo and guiding customers on best practices to optimize laptop performance. Activities covered are - Disabling start-up Apps, Disk clean-up and cleaning temp files, Clean boot and System Restore.

Activation of Operating System & MS Office (if preinstalled, with lifetime validity), Antivirus (if preinstalled) OR Activation of Trial Pack for MS Office (1 month validity only) for products without lifetime validity for MS Office.

Good Communication skill & learning skill

Configuring & setting up printers.

Installing any other software that is not preinstalled on the laptop.

Data transfer from old device to new device
