Ensure all tickets meet the targets for resolution, escalation, documentation & completion

�� Good experience in Active Directory with Windows Server and Operating System.

�� Able to solve user problems and document the solutions.

�� Desktop Support-Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting, It helpdesk, remote support etc.

�� Advance troubleshooting skills and resolution

�� Ticket management with escalation and service level reporting.

�� Root Cause Analysis.

�� LAN, WAN, WIFI, Firewall configuration and troubleshooting (FortiGate Firewall)

�� VM Ware Installation and Management

�� Cloud server management (oracle, NxtGen, G-suite and O365 admin Portal)

�� Backup management

�� NAS management

�� AV Server management

�� IT procurement, internet, MPLS

�� Open-source OS Ticket management

�� System management
