Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Will be responsible for installations, maintenance, trouble shooting and upkeep of the IT infrastructure, devices and network at the client locations. Will include device management, server management, user policies and management, data backup- (onprem. cloud), mail management etc.

Services may be deputed at client site (or be on call basis- mainly central and south Delhi).

1. ITIL Based Service Delivery

2. Trouble shooting and management of server, mail and desktop related calls

3. Email security / network security applications

4. Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Firewall applications

5. LAN/ WAN/SAN configurations and design

6. Basic Sever related functions and trouble shooting

7. Continuous upgradation of knowledge thru inhouse and internet resources

Preferred candidate profile

1. Graduation (or 3-year diploma) preferably from IT related courses

2. At least 18 months practical hands-on experience on desktop related calls

3. Basic server knowledge and user creation/ management (knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP)

4. Comfortable speaking fluently / understanding the English language

5. CCNA training (formal certification not essential)

6. Preferably resident of South/ central Delhi (or close to yellow line)

7. Exposure to Zoho's ManageEngine tools is a benefit
