Job Title: System Engineer - IT
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT System Engineer to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft 365, server maintenance, and various communication systems, including CCTV and IPBX. You will be responsible for handling daily support tickets, coordinating with vendors, and implementing solutions to enhance our IT operations.
IT Infrastructure Management:Oversee the organization��s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Microsoft 365 Administration:Manage and support Microsoft 365 applications and services. Provide user support and training for M365 tools.
Daily Ticket Management:Respond to and resolve daily support tickets in a timely ment and track issues, resolutions, and user feedback.
CCTV and IPBX Management:Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems to ensure security and monitoring ge and support IPBX systems for effective communication.
Server Maintenance:Perform regular maintenance on servers, including updates, backups, and security checks. Monitor server performance and implement necessary upgrades.
Vendor Coordination:Coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment and ge vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Documentation and Reporting:Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, systems, and rate reports on system performance and ticket resolution metrics.
Qualifications: Bachelor��s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT systems engineering or a similar role. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 liarity with CCTV and IPBX systems.
