€¢ Monitoring network performance, including bandwidth utilization, network latency, and packet loss, and taking corrective action as necessary to ensure optimal network performance.

€¢ Diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues and taking corrective action to resolve problems.

€¢ Maintaining the network by upgrading firmware, patching software, and replacing faulty hardware.

€¢ Keeping accurate records of the network configuration, hardware, and software, and ensuring that network documentation is up to date.

€¢ Providing technical support to users and assisting with issues.

€¢ Planning for future network growth and expansion, including assessing the need for additional hardware and software, and developing a roadmap for future network development.
