Key Responsibilities:

System & Workflow Management:

o Oversee and manage internal systems to ensure smooth workflows and uninterrupted operations.

o Administer and support office tools like WhatsApp, Excel, Google Forms, and other essential tools.

Data Management & Reporting:

o Effectively manage agent data, perform follow-ups, and generate detailed reports for internal teams.

o Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and security.

Problem-Solving & Support:

o Act as the primary contact for system-related issues, providing solutions with a customer-first approach.

o Work proactively to identify potential system improvements and resolve any operational bottlenecks.

Communication & Coordination:

o Maintain effective communication with both internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth data flow and resolution of inquiries.

o Coordinate with various departments to ensure system processes are aligned with business goals.
