Job Description:

Thrive Sports is seeking a passionate and experienced Swimming Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a professional degree in swimming and a minimum of 1 year of experience in coaching swimming.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct swimming classes for students of all ages and skill levels.

2. Develop and implement training programs to improve swimming techniques.

3. Provide feedback and guidance to swimmers to help them achieve their goals.

4. Ensure the safety of all swimmers during training sessions.

5. Maintain swimming equipment and ensure its proper use and storage.

6. Collaborate with other trainers and staff to coordinate swimming events and competitions.

Requirements:

1. Professional degree in swimming or related field.

2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in coaching swimming.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work well with students of all ages and skill levels.

5. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
