Sustainability Project Coordinator

As a Sustainability Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Create a framework to drive action for the take-back / circular economy program.

Develop a roadmap to reach impact targets and stimulate progress through collaborative action-oriented work streams

Responsible for Planning, Execution, Monitoring of Take back program

Plan collection sources, quantities, funds required, and awareness program for successful execution of take-back program

Engage citizens through interactive awareness sessions to give used product/Packaging waste to The Kabadiwala

Measure and report progress

Manage and train a team of volunteers to support the take-back initiative

Requirement

Experience of 2 Years in managing CSR / sustainability projects for Brands or NGO

On the ground experience preferred

Able to create an impact through successful planning and implementation of take-back campaigns

Understanding of sources from where the used packaging/product can be collected

Willing to work in the waste and sustainability sector

Willingness to work on the field 80% of the time

Proficiency in MS office

Travel across targeted cities

Love working in the waste and sustainability sector
