Sustainability Project Coordinator

As a Sustainability Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Create a framework to drive action for the take-back / circular economy program.

• Develop a roadmap to reach impact targets and stimulate progress through collaborative action-oriented work streams

• Responsible for Planning, Execution, Monitoring of Take back program

• Plan collection sources, quantities, funds required, and awareness program for successful execution of take-back program

• Engage citizens through interactive awareness sessions to give used product/Packaging waste to The Kabadiwala

• Measure and report progress

• Manage and train a team of volunteers to support the take-back initiative

Requirement

• Experience of 2 Years in managing CSR / sustainability projects for Brands or NGO

• On the ground experience preferred

• Able to create an impact through successful planning and implementation of take-back campaigns

• Understanding of sources from where the used packaging/product can be collected

• Willing to work in the waste and sustainability sector

• Willingness to work on the field 80% of the time

• Proficiency in MS office

• Travel across targeted cities

• Love working in the waste and sustainability sector
