Job Description

Application Support & Implementation Engineer who will provide high-level onsite and remote IT technical liaison. The Application Support & Implementation Engineer will be responsible for the full life-cycle of incidents and problems. The position will require close working with all teams in all levels of technical support and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Implement and install solutions on the customer's test and production environments.

• Should know and understand the complete domain to implement the application at client location

• Work onsite and offsite to troubleshoot and diagnose customer reported issues on the different levels of solutions (. Database, Application, Network, Communication, and Integration Interfaces Levels).

• Act positively and respond promptly to the customer’s requests/tickets.

• Prepare, review and ensure accuracy of technical documentation.

• Conduct Preventive / Corrective Maintenance visits to customer sites physically or remotely.

• Perform any other job-related duties incidental to the work.

• Exceptional ability to provide front end support to internal departments and web-based clients.

• Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them.

• Provide technical support for enterprise-level application systems.

• Respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner.

• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify potential solutions for how to resolve an issue.

• Prioritize multiple, open issues and maintain service reports.

• Establish the root causes of application errors.

• Document issue triage as troubleshooting progresses.

• Follow best practices for change control of proposed solutions

• Document actionable bugs for engineering resolution.

• Willing to work in client locations.

Work timings: Monday to Saturday 9 AM to 6:30 PM
