A Support Executive in e procurement service providers is responsible for providing assistance and support to customers who are using the e-procurement platform. Their primary role is to address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints or issues related to the platform in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or other communication channels related to the e-procurement platform
Providing support and assistance to customers to resolve their issues or problems
Identifying and escalating issues that require further attention to the appropriate department or team
Conducting training sessions for customers to educate them on the platform
Creating and maintaining a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and solutions to common problems
Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience on the platform
Providing feedback to management to help improve products, services and customer support processes
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
Keeping up to date with changes in the e-procurement platform and related industry trends
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong technical skills, including familiarity with e-procurement software and tools
Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with challenging customers or situations
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Customer service experience preferred, but not required
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
