A Support Executive in e procurement service providers is responsible for providing assistance and support to customers who are using the e-procurement platform. Their primary role is to address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints or issues related to the platform in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or other communication channels related to the e-procurement platform
• Providing support and assistance to customers to resolve their issues or problems
• Identifying and escalating issues that require further attention to the appropriate department or team
• Conducting training sessions for customers to educate them on the platform
• Creating and maintaining a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and solutions to common problems
• Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience on the platform
• Providing feedback to management to help improve products, services and customer support processes
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
• Keeping up to date with changes in the e-procurement platform and related industry trends
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong technical skills, including familiarity with e-procurement software and tools
• Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with challenging customers or situations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
