Job Description

1) Provide customer support through phone and email.

2) Work with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

3) Serve as a point of contact for customer support and complaints.

4) Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve recurring customer support issues.

5) Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.

6) Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
