Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

Monitoring the production servers & scheduled jobs

Analysing, resolving or escalating production incidents as they occur

Process enquiries and requests from customer support

Coordinate with feature teams and external vendors to ensure reliability of all applications.

Monitor all alerts and escalate all issues for all procedures and systems.

Handle and execute small size projects independently.

Job Requirements:

Education - Minimum Degree

Shift - 9:00am - 6:00pm IST, 6:30pm - 3:30am IST (Rotational)

Experience - 0 - 2yrs

Location - Should be ok with WFH and Office.

Joining - Immediate Joinee.

Skills:

Good understanding or experience in php, MySQL, GIT.

Strong analytical and investigative problem-solving skills

Excellent written and communication skills.

Self-directed and capable of working in a dynamic and startup environment.
