We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer with 1-2 years of experience, but freshers with the right skills are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor system performance and resolve any connectivity issues.
Assist in installing and configuring computer systems and applications.
Provide remote or on-site technical support to clients.
Document issues and follow up with customers for problem resolution.
Collaborate with other IT teams for more complex issues.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
Willingness to work during UK hours (05:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in an IT support or similar role (Freshers with relevant skills are welcome).
Knowledge of remote troubleshooting tools and techniques.
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and ITIL practices is a plus.
