Responsibilities and Duties:
ADMINISTRATION
The Coordinator Support will regularly assist the finance and coordination team to ensure that all necessary documents/reports are being kept and being monitored.
- He/She gathers information and creates a list of equipment allowed per center for budget purposes.
- He/She will coordinate and gather information for accreditation purposes. He/She will be conducted to interact with multiple actors (volunteers, owners, accountants, public agencies, banks,…).
- He/she actively participates in the regular reports/updates of the documents.
- He/She is in charge of the implementation and control of safety measures in the centers.
HR
The Coordinator Support support s the Country Coordinator with :
- Recruitment of new joinees in batches every 6 months.
- Management of VISA processes for the international volunteers.
- Reports of beginning and end of missions.
- Reporting of the various international volunteers to the different entities (Consulates, France Volontaire, …).
STRATEGY
The Coordinator Support will support the Country Coordinator in the building of the strategy for the current year as well as the next 5 years through research, bibliography and reporting.
Requirements and Qualifications: There is no requirement in terms of education and experience. Experience in Human Resources will be valued.

- Salary : 20 000 INR/month (non negotiable) before taxes through bank transfer (not negotiable). Potential increase after one year.
