Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the business, aligned with overall company goals.
Provide visionary leadership to the aggregation team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and market presence.
Market Analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Conduct regular market research to identify potential areas for business expansion and improvement.
Team Development:
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing aggregation team.
Provide ongoing training to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for success.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (8+ years Mandatory) in a leadership role within the related industry.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain Finance.
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Demonstrated success in business development and market expansion.
Ability to analyse data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions
