Job Description

Assist in the coordination of shipments and deliveries across globe for EIH and group companies

Provide administrative and executive support to the Logistics Lead with the ability to perform these tasks independently or with little supervision, in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Prepare and process documents related to shipping, transportation and logistics

Coordinate all export and import related goods and services across globe

Arrange and Communicate with suppliers across the globe, freight carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods

Assist in the resolution of any issues related to logistics

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws

Prepare and maintain documentation related to transportation and logistics

Assist in the planning and scheduling of transportation routes

Handle CHA across country and clear consignment on timely basis

Prepare and share the logistics MIS with head sourcing & procurement

Perform other duties as assigned
