Job Requirements:

Previous Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or supermarket industry is preferred.

Customer Service: A strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and building positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the products available in the supermarket, including their features, benefits, and usage, to assist customers effectively.

Sales Skills: Proven ability to drive sales through effective communication, product demonstration, and suggestive selling techniques.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and preferably Arabic, enabling effective interaction with a diverse customer base.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Physical Stamina: Capability to perform tasks that involve standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying moderately heavy items, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the supermarket's operational requirements.

Integrity: High ethical standards and a commitment to upholding the supermarket's policies and procedures while handling transactions and customer interactions.
