international Kpo Seeks Subject Matter Expert with Experience in Back Office Processes (non-voice, Data Driven Processes).

kras Would Include to Assist the Team Leaders On Current/new Processes, Quality Control, Productivity. the Candidate Would Be Required to Understand New Projects Guidelines from Overseas Clients Via Training Calls/ppt Guides Etc.

he / She Would Need to Assist the Associates On New Projects in the Supervision of Team Leader to Ensure Zero Error and Optimum Production By the Team.

1. Managing Thousands of Data Using Ms Excel & Sales Force.

2. Performing Multiple Types of Research . Contact Search, Company Search Etc.

3. Conducting Web Search for Companies Details like Address, Hq Tel., Staff Details, Entity Details like Emails, Personal Contact Details Using Different Data Mining Tools like Wikipedia, Google, Linkedin, Etc Worldwide Data Research (europe, Usa, & Asia Etc)

4. Extract and Analyze the Large Volume Data Find the Hidden Insights & Details of the Companies with Multiple Functions like Linkedin, Zoom Info, Google, Etc.

5 a Detail-oriented Person Who Goes Deep Into the Task

6. Should have to Speak, Write and Understand English Fluently.
