Job Responsibilities – Subject Matter Expert( SME)

Subject Matter Experts should be involved in creation, curation, review, quality control and validation of developed content.

With strong knowledge, understanding and expertise in the specified subjects, SMEs should be the content quality checkpoints in the organisation.

Conceptual understanding of how students learn should be top-notch, specifically in their respective subject areas.

They should be experts in solving questions both from text books and other sources in a systematic manner for various levels of complexity.

They should provide guidance to other SMEs to improve content accuracy, language and overall quality of the books by the way of videos, training modules, etc.
