SMEs required for a group of schools located across Tamil Nadu. (Math, Science, Computer Science, Accounts/Commerce)

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare academic resources for assigned subject and classes

2. Collaborate and engage with school teams to ensure effective implementation of curriculum

3. Monitor teachers’ and students’ performance and provide support in performance growth

4. Ensure professional development of teachers through various teacher training activities

Screening criteria:

1. Minimum 60% in X & XII Board examinations

2. Minimum 50% in UG/PG

3. Should have studied in regular stream up to UG.

4. Show stability in career growth with less frequent job changes.

5. Can assure us a reasonable period of service longevity.

6. Must be willing to travel to schools which are spread across Tamil Nadu to conduct workshops and trainings

7. Must have very good English communication.
