• Develops and regularly updates a comprehensive business development plan, with targeted goals, objectives, methods, quantifiable outcomes and timelines to achieve agency sustainability and annual budget goals.
• Builds partnerships and strategic alliances that will extend the organization’s brand in the community and increase avenues of support
• Generates positive community awareness of the organization, its mission and impact, and strengthens its brand and reputation with business partners, clients and the community we serve.
• Problem-solving: - Be flexible and ready to sort out myriad problems and challenges as they arise.
• Technology: - Know about all the equipment, IT systems, and facilities in the studio and keep up to date with the available technology.
• Diplomacy:- Be polite and patient in the management of studio colleagues and be able to maintain good long-term client relationships.
• Health and safety: - Know the legal requirements around keeping a production safe, and ensure the wellbeing of those who hire the studio.
• Studio manager:- Run the entertainment industry, so they need to have good relationships with all their staff, including studio coordinators and studio assistants.
