Requirements :

Handle the inquiries and settle them.

Counseling Students about our courses and programs.

Closing business deals

Following up the students lead

To provide a high quality professional counseling service for online students.

To provide an easy accessible counseling service for students.

Handles all issues of students from new inquiries to the end of each course.

Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.

Undertaking the task of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence

Should know about mailing to candidates and clients.

Required skills:

Good communication skills. (Fluency in English is must)

Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships.

Able to solve the regular issues of online studying students.

Excellent problem- solving skills to be able to help students identify and make changes to negative thought patterns and other harmful behaviors

Strong interpersonal skills to help establish rapport quickly with students and develop strong trusting relationships
