7. Stay Informed: Stay abreast of industry trends, labor market demands, and educational policies to provide up-to-date information and guidance to students.

Qualifications:

�� Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, education, or a related field.

�� Minimum of 1 year of experience in counseling, preferably in an educational or career counseling setting.

�� Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with students.

�� Knowledge of educational pathways, vocational training, and internship programs.

�� Familiarity with career assessment tools and resources.

�� Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

�� Ethical conduct and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

�� Proficiency in using counseling software and Microsoft Office suite.
