Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Counseling and guiding students for their higher education and judging their aptness for the choice of his / her course in various Universities Abroad.
Helping students with Applications & Documentation.
Handling University Interviews.
Sending Student application forms to the University for evaluation.
Keeping track of the admission evaluation process & status.
Keeping students updated about the changes in the admission regulations and important dates.
Helping students with Visa applications.
Constantly following up with candidates through calls/emails.
Making the MIS report of day-to-day activities.
Collect application forms and supporting documents from students and check the forms for accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of information.
Acquire the Admission letter and Visa letter from the universities to complete the visa application process
Inform the students about the University's decision to accept or reject the student
Liaise with students to prepare the set of Original documents and submit them to the Visa Office.
Make certain the admission and visa procedures along with accommodation and travel bookings are completed accurately and within the restricted time.
Assist students in making decisions regarding their educational and personal needs.
Advise students about future careers and college plans.
Keep in touch with students through email or phone at regular intervals for their gradual growth in studies and career building.
Monitor data integrity management . Course registration, demographic and communication history, etc. Update the database regularly.
Motivate students to have a positive approach to studies.
