The Student or Academic counselor is expected to give appropriate information about the Organization and courses. Encourage students to join our organization.

They should be smart and work efficiently in improving sales and admissions.

Generate footfalls, applicants and converting leads to admission through telemarketing/counseling/ participating in events / visiting schools and colleges in the region

Establish relations with colleges in and around the city to source database and have an opportunities to interact with students in the colleges.

Identify, recruit and enroll prospective students in designated courses

Interact and advise potential candidates about career oriented study opportunities and work opportunities.

Should ensure a high rate of conversion from lead generation into applicant and organization deposit payment

Work closely with the operations team to ensure application are processing in a timely and accurate manner

Ensure that student records are maintained in an effective manner and necessary follow ups are undertaken to ensure that the student receives his/her job opportunity/offers in time.
