Generating walk-ins and scheduling meetings.
Maintaining System and daily sales Reports Responsible for tele-calling, arranging client meetings, and taking follow-ups.
Good follow-up skills and cold calling.
Client Interaction and counseling to identify and understand the client's need and offer the best solution.
Student documentation handling.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Understand the various courses offered at the institute.
- Guide interested candidates and help them select a suitable course via inquiries received through telephone (incoming and outgoing), email, and in-person -
- manage students related admin responsibilities
- maintaining regular and detailed records and status updates
- achieve admission conversions as per targets given
Key Skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Hindi. Additional language skills will be a bonus - Candidate must have a pleasant personality - the ability to convert inquiries into admissions - Self-motivated and hard-working as the profile may require extended hours of work - must know how to use a computer - must know how to use computer software like MS Word and MS Excel. Knowlege of IVR.
