Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and empathetic Student Counselors to join our team in Palakkad. The ideal candidate will be passionate about guiding students in making informed decisions about their education and career paths, with a strong understanding of the overseas education process.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert counseling to students regarding study abroad options, including course selection, university admissions, visa processes, and financial planning.

Understand the academic needs and career aspirations of students and recommend appropriate programs and institutions.

Assist in the application process, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up with universities.

Conduct seminars, workshops, and counseling sessions for students and parents.

Stay updated on international education trends, university requirements, and visa regulations.

Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partner universities.

Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Education, Psychology, or a related field).

Experience: 1-2 years in student counseling, education consultancy, or a related field (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer applications.
