Key Responsibilities:
Student Counselling:
Advise and counsel students and parents about international education opportunities, application processes, and career outcomes.
Assess students' academic background, preferences, and career goals to suggest suitable universities and courses.
Provide guidance on admission requirements, entry criteria, and visa processes for different countries (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.).
Application and Documentation Support:
Assist students with completing applications, SOPs, and other required documentation.
Review and verify documents to ensure compliance with university and visa guidelines.
Coordinate with universities to track application status and update students accordingly.
Visa Assistance:
Guide students through the visa application process, ensuring adherence to legal and immigration requirements.
Provide assistance with financial documentation, visa interviews, and pre-departure briefings.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner universities.
Coordinate with university representatives and maintain up-to-date knowledge of courses, scholarships, and admissions processes.
Sales and Conversion:
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful applications and enrolments.
Meet monthly and quarterly targets related to student applications and admissions.
Event Coordination:
Organize and participate in education fairs, university visits, and seminars to promote overseas education.
Conduct webinars, workshops, and orientation sessions for prospective students.
Reporting and Compliance:
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress using CRM tools.
Ensure compliance with company policies and international education guidelines.
