Key Skillsets:

- Skilled in Finite Element Analysis;

- Produce and update the necessary structural drawings according to plan.

- Well-versed in Life Extension Projects;

- Well versed in relevant legal regulations and standards;

- Able to establish and maintain good communication with clients and authorities;

Responsibilities:

- Execution of all structural designs in accordance with project requirements, and all other relevant standard and requirements.

- Drawing up overall and specific stage program in line with “Project Schedule” agreed.

- Delegation of works to supporting staff and supervision of their works.

- Liaison with Project Consultants and other external bodies as may be necessary for the progress of works.

- Production of relevant reports and drawings with specifications in line with an agreed Project Plan.

- Analysis of the works scope and reporting to Senior Management team.

- Production of Structural Engineering calculations, specifications and reports in accordance with project requirements for submission to external bodies for comments/approval as may be necessary.

Requirement:

- Experience in shipbuilding, marine & offshore industries preferred;

- Professional Engineer status an advantage;

- All work permits will be arranged by employer;

- Able to start work March, option to work remotely for the 1st 3 months and then fly to project location;
