Responsibilities

Strategic Collaboration: Assist in strategy design, business planning, and project execution.

Project Coordination: Handle scheduling, risk management, and administrative tasks.

Client Interaction: Coordinate with clients to manage project requests and updates.

Reporting: Digitize reports using MS Project and Crystal Reports.

Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and communicate with teams.

Problem Solving: Identify and eliminate project blockers.

Communication: Deliver presentations and ensure effective communication.

Proficiency in project management tools

Qualifications & Experience

10+ years in service industry

Graduate degree required; MBA preferred

Experience in Marketing, Sales, CRM, or HR
