Immediate requirement for a store supervisor for retail cold storage includes.

• Overall supervision & management of store operations including, merchandise functions, operations,marketing & promotional functions, safety & security and staff management.

• Receive, unload, and shelve supplies. Inventory management and record keeping, including returning, pricing, and labeling supplies

• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and account for reimbursements and record keeping

• Manage store operational requirements like directing, assigning. Training employees; following up on work results.

• Identifies current and future customer requirements and understand service requirements.

• Secures merchandise and staff by implementing security systems and measures.

• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.

• Supports determination of marketing and selling strategy, by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
