Responsibilities:-

* Experience in managing a tool room,job allocations, machine scheduling, controlling & managing people,understanding complex designs.

* Technically competent to handle manufacturing operation and sequences.

* Arranging, repairing and maintaining tools.

* Utilization of manpower accurately.

* Troubleshooting and solving technical problems.

* Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvement.

* Coordination with purchase, planning, stores and tool room inventory/ stock management.

* Daily production scheduling, work allocation.

* Ensuring the desire quality of all parts produced as per customers requirement.

* Shouldering overall responsibility to meet commitments to customers.

* Carry out Planned/Normal/Remedial Maintenance and preventive Maintenance System.
