Store Manager

Job Description

Job Role: The candidate will be responsible to ensure receipt, storage, issue, dead stock & rejection control, etc. He is also responsible for Implementation of all systems in Plant.

§  Responsible for stock and record maintaining of issue, receipt, rejection data, RGP/NRGP, etc.

Responsibilities: §  Responsible for dispatch delivery documents & dispatching of material as per schedule

§  Responsible for physical verification of the receipt and issue of material

§  Responsible for identification of material, bins, racks in the store

§  Responsible for quarterly physical stock verification as per SAP & keep record the same

§  Responsible for maintain the stock of consumable items and make purchase requisition

§  Responsible for maintaining the record of dead stock data on quarterly basis.

§  Responsible for providing the report of minimum stock on weekly basis and inform to Purchase Dept.

§  Responsible to check and verify purchase document on daily basis and handover to accounts dept.

§  Responsible for maintaining and providing the Scrap data on weekly basis to Production Dept.

§  In depth knowledge of FIFO, LIFO & KANBAN System.

Requisite Skills: §  Proficiency in Computer software like Ms Excel, Word, Email sending etc.

§  Strong judgment and decision-making skills

§  Excellent communication skills, including local languages ( Written & Verbal)

§  Knowledge of Tally ERP and SAP.

§  Can identify the shelf life of the items.

§  Ability to perform under pressure

§  Leadership style and team building approach

Relevant Experience: A minimum 6 years

CTC per annum: Upto LPA
