Achieve monthly/annual Sales target

Handle entire store operations

Convert high value customer queries into sales

Play a lead role and provide guidance to the team

Should have customer centric approach

Should focus on making the store profitable and cut down costs

Participation in the jewellery and other outdoor exhibitions

Flexible in time and work, based on the requirement

Prepare appropriate merchandise mix for store as per customer requirement.

Identify stock gaps on regular intervals

Ensure zero stock loss at store

Identify various opportunities to increase foot-falls at the store

Should be able to give feedback to marketing and merchandise team on consumer behaviour and reasons for non-purchase

Responsible for achieving Top Line and Bottom Line

Ensuring adherence to SOPs of the company & focus on KPIs –ASP, diamond shape etc.
