5. Handle customer queries and drive sales in dealer's absence
Operations
6. Ensure certification of tractors as per policy defined by the company and liaise with RTO agents for documentation
7. Ensure tractor readiness before handing over to customer - certification, financing, documentation etc.
Accounts and compliance
8. Maintain all expenses incurred on tractor for refurbishment, documentation, cetification etc. to arrive at min. selling price for each tractor
9. Accurately capture all customer and transaction details (Purchase price, sale price, cost incurred on documentation, refurbishment etc.) on the mobile app
10. Proficient in booking keeping and maintaining transaction records;
11. Liaise with the company (Area S&M and ops executive) and furnish the business details as requested
12. Ensure adherence to store norms (branding, cleanliness, tractor display within showroom etc.) as defined by the company
